summer holidays

There was so much happening over the summer playscheme, I hope your children came back suitably tired and full of stories of what they'd been doing.

There was lots of creative sessions, junk modeling, sports on the field, trips out to local parks and walks by the canal.  Picnics at the castle, quizzes, role play, talent shows, competitions, drawing, painting, designing hotels and theme parks.  We had a bake off, on top of all the other baking we did, jelly bean game with the disgusting flavours.  Films, dancing, cinema trips.

It's been none stop and the summer, I'm sure you'll agree, has flown by.

Now we're back to normal, the usual highlights will resume.  I hope the children are all settled at school in their new classes.  It'll get some getting used to seeing some of them here in the next group up from where they were!
