Opening Times and Prices for Afterschool

Opening times:
3.15pm until 6pm. 
Prices :- £8.00 (siblings £7.50)
(from Sept 2023)

Please Note - Prices will increase in September 2024 to £8.50 (sibling discount £8.00)

We collect the children direct from the school but can also take children from other local schools if they are able to make their own way to us.
Payments ca be made either half termly, monthly or weekly.  We try to stay as flexible as we can in order to meet the needs of the people who use the setting.  We do ask however, that of you make arrangements to pay weekly or monthly you do so promptly so as not to build up unpaid fees.

8.00am until 1:00pm (half day)- £12.00
1.00pm until 6.00pm (half day) -£12.00

Sibling Discount is available.

Playscheme days follow the local school closure days (details can be found on our News and Events page).  If you are registered for holiday/afterschool care you will receive a booking form and newsletter each half term with which to book a place on the holiday club.
Please note, we CANNOT accept bookings over the phone as this can lead to errors.  Please ensure all bookings are made using the booking form whcih can be either posted back to us or handed in at the club.
We also ask that a part payment is made when booking a place at the holiday club. 

Daily Routines

After School

2.45pm- Staff arrive on site to prepare sessions for the children.
3.00pm- Staff leave to collect children from Dallas Road School.
3.30pm- 3.45pm- Children have free-play time to wind down from school and have a drink etc. 
3.45pm-4.30pm- Session 1
4.30pm-4.50pm- Break Time
4.50pm-5.30pm- Session 2
5.30pm-5.45pm- Free choice of gym games or quiet activities
5.45pm- Staff begin cleaning up and tidying toys etc. Children all move to the kitchen area.
6.00pm- Building Closes.

*During free-play times children are still monitored by staff and have access to a variety of toys/games and sports equipment.

Playscheme

8.00am-10:00am- arrival of children, choice of kitchen activities/end room activities, free-play in the gym/outside.
10.00am- Session One
11.00am- Morning Break+ snack
11.45am- Session Two
12.45pm- Lunch Break
2.00pm- Session Three
3.00pm- Afternoon Break+ snack
3.45pm- Session Four
4.45pm- Free choice in kitchen/end room.
5.30pm- Tidy up/Quiet activities.
6.00pm- Building closes.
